  • Pay the non-refundable $50 Application Fee
    • Applications will not be processed until the application fee is received 
    • Payments are only accepted through the 
      Application Fee Portal
    • Application fee waived for Allen College Alumni and UPH employees 
  • Submit the online application for your program of interest
    • All Undergraduate Programs, Graduate Nursing, Health Professions Education (EdD)

    • Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy applications are only accepted through the Centralized Application Service (CAS).
      Do not use the link above to apply.
  • Submit official transcripts   
    • Send official transcripts from every college and university you have attended. Transcripts must be sent directly from the issuing institution. Send electronically via email to admissions@hkange.net or mail to Allen College, Enrollment Management, 1825 Logan Avenue, Waterloo, IA 50703.
  • Submit program specific supplemental application materials

Applications are not eligible for review until all supplemental application materials have been received. Visit your program page to review program-specific program application materials, admissions requirements and general education requirements . An application is not considered complete until all required documentation has been submitted

Once you receive your student number, you can upload your application documents in the Applicant Document Portal. Admissions will notify you of your student number after your application form is processed.
